GEM MTS utilizes vapor phase carbon and liquid scrubbers and custom designed systems to achieve the best engineered results possible for our customers ' vapor control needs. These components can be integrated in a variety of custom configurations to reduce air emissions of unwanted compounds. Client-specific formulations are routinely tested and applied within these configurations to achieve the project vapor and odor control objectives.
Offerings
GEM MTS installs and monitors carbon vapor control systems for portable or frac tanks such as Baker Tanks . Where required, our systems include permits for tanks that contain hydrocarbon product, sludges or oily wastewater. GEM MTS maintains a large inventory of activated vapor phase carbon, including caustic-impregnated carbon for H2S control. We warehouse various sizes of carbon vessels, including 55-gallon drums and skid-mounted 1,000lbs , and 2,000lbs and larger vessels. This gives GEM MTS the flexibility to right-size the vapor control system to provide customers with the best value.
Upon request, GEM MTS also provides routine carbon change-out services for refineries, terminals and oil production facilities. We have the in-house ability to custom-design and build carbon vessels for our customers.
